Requiem for a country—Pakistan can survive regular flood events

This paper intends to describe the impact of a catastrophic flood in Pakistan and provides some insights for policy development. Though the conclusion contains some recommendations, implementing these recommendations would have a very important effect on Pakistan’s domestic development.
