    Food Science & Applied Microbiology Reports (FSAMR) [E-ISSN: 2958-0684] is an open-access and peer-reviewed international journal that publishes high-quality original research across all disciplines of food science, applied microbiology, and related fields. As an open-access journal, all content is freely available to users and their institutions without charge. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles and use them for any lawful purpose, in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

    FSAMR is an international journal that biannually publishes innovative papers in the fields of food science, food chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, technology, and nutrition. The work described must demonstrate innovation either in approach or methodology. Authors should also highlight the significance of their results for the scientific community or the food industry.

    We welcome contributions in English in the form of review articles, short reviews, research papers, and research notes. However, papers involving human trials and cell cultures fall outside the journal's scope and will not be considered for publication.
