About the Journal

Food Science & Applied Microbiology Reports (FSAMR) (E-ISSN: 2958-0684) is an international, open-access, single-blind peer-reviewed journal published biannually. The journal disseminates high-quality original research and scholarly contributions in food science, food chemistry, applied microbiology, biochemistry, food technology, nutrition, and closely related fields.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous single-blind peer-review process and are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers to ensure scientific quality, originality, and relevance.

FSAMR operates under a full open-access model using the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain copyright of their work while granting users the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full text of articles for any lawful purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

Manuscripts involving human clinical trials are outside the journal’s scope and will not be considered.
