About the Journal
Food Science & Applied Microbiology Reports (FSAMR) [E-ISSN: 2958-0684] is an open access journal which means that all contents are freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. It is an international journal that publishes innovative papers in the fields of food science, microbiology, biochemistry, technology and nutrition. The work described should be innovative either in the approach or in the methodology. The significance of the results either for the science community or for the food industry must also be specified. Contributions written in English are welcomed in the forms of review articles, short reviews, research papers, and research notes. Papers featuring animal trials and cell cultures are outside the scope of the journal and will not be considered for publication.
