About the Journal
The Food Science & Applied Microbiology Reports (FSAMR) (E-ISSN: 2958-0684) is an open-access, peer-reviewed international journal that publishes high-quality original research across food science, applied microbiology, and closely related disciplines.
FSAMR follows an open-access publishing model under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). All published content is freely accessible, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full-text articles for any lawful purpose, provided appropriate credit is given to the original work.
Scope of the Journal
FSAMR biannually publishes innovative theoretical and applied research that demonstrates originality in approach, methodology, or application. Submissions should clearly highlight the scientific or industrial relevance of their findings.

Food Science and Technology: food processing, preservation, quality assessment, safety, and product development.

Food Chemistry and Biochemistry: chemical composition, bioactive compounds, functional ingredients, and molecular interactions in food systems.

Applied Microbiology: food microbiology, fermentation, microbial safety, and industrial microbiological applications.

Nutrition and Functional Foods: nutritional evaluation, dietary components, and health-related food applications.
Article Types
FSAMR welcomes submissions in English in the form of research articles, review articles, short reviews, and research notes. Manuscripts involving human clinical trials or cell culture-based experiments fall outside the journal’s scope and will not be considered for publication.
